Foreclosure Home Management offers the following services and will work with lenders and realtors to make any repairs not mentioned here. Please call for any additional information that may be needed.

• Status of home-Detailed home inspection including pictures
• Change all locks to secure the property
• Lawn Maintenance, landscaping or sprinkler system service
• Pool Maintenance
• Utilities such as water, trash and electric maintained for showing the home
• Monthly inspection to ensure security and status of home
• Remove existing furniture, personal items, and clean inside home-deep cleaning if needed
• Air Conditioning Service
• Painting and wall repair
• Carpet cleaning, or cleaning of any tile, wood, or vinyl flooring
• Window cleaning
• Screen enclosure maintenance and repair
• Driveway and sidewalk cleaning
• Window and sliding glass door repair
• Plumbing services
• Electrical services
• All general home repair and property maintenance

All repairs that are necessary, at the lenders discretion, will have 3 (three) competitive bids that will be billed directly to the lender. Foreclosure Home Management will simply oversee and manage these repairs.
