Foreclosure Home Management is a service strictly for homes in foreclosure. We offer a service to the lender to go out to the home and provide a detailed home inspection with pictures.

We will change locks and secure the home. We will have the lawn mowed and maintained on a monthly basis. We will have the pool cleaned and serviced monthly and we will get the utilities turned back on. We will bill the lender on a monthly basis for these basic services to keep the home showable for the realtor. We will also do a monthly inspection to ensure the security and showability of the home. Foreclosure Home Management will not be paid for its inspections or management services until the home is sold.
The cost to the lender will only be 1.5% of the sale price of the home.

Services offered:

• Remove any existing furniture or items left from previous owner and dispose of them.
• Deep cleaning of the entire home - exterior and interior.
• Have air conditioner serviced – if necessary.
• Painting and wall repairs – if necessary.
• Flooring replacement – carpet, tile, etc – if necessary.
• Plumbing repair – if necessary.
• Roof repair – leaks – if necessary.
• Kitchen repair/replacement – if necessary.
• Bathroom repair/replacement – if necessary.
• All general home and property repairs.

All repairs that are necessary, at the lenders discretion, will have 3 (three) competitive bids that will be billed directly to the lender. Foreclosure Home Management will simply oversee and manage these repairs.
