There are over 1,000 Brevard county homes in foreclosure. Foreclosures have a serious impact on the community. One foreclosed home can cost up to $34,000 to the local government. Trash removal, unpaid utilities, sheriff and police costs and inspections all contribute to that cost, which directly affects the counties economy. Property values also decrease near foreclosed properties. Crime is another common problem that goes along with foreclosure.

It is our goal at Foreclosure Home Management to assist the realtors and the lender to get these homes showable as soon as possible, at the least amount of expense.

Foreclosure Home Management provides realtors and lenders with a full array of services so that a foreclosed property has the best chance of being sold. We will provide a detailed home inspection with pictures as well as secure the home and preform any needed maintenance or repair to the interior or exterior of the home.

We will also do a monthly inspection to ensure the security and showability of the home. Foreclosure Home Management will not be paid for its inspections or management services until the home is sold.
The cost to the lender will only be 1.5% of the sale price of the home. No out of pocket expenses except for the requested monthly maintenance.
